Komodo Scuba Central and North 4 Nights

Komodo National Park is a paradise for divers. No matter if you are a beginner or advanced diver, the area offers plenty of dive sites for all levels. Exploring the magnificent dive spots with a Komodo Yacht Charter is an adventure and a perfect holiday experience. This sample itinerary takes you to some of our favorite sites in Komodo National Park.

Bienvenu to Komodo | Day 1

Depart from the port at Labuan Bajo between 11 am and 12 pm, depending on your arrival. After a tour of your boat, a safety briefiing, and a meal, we will set sail for a check dive at Sebayur Kecil. It is a mini wall and a gorgeous place to get comfortable with your equipment. You will also enjoy the spot as a night dive. Its visibility is 18 to 25 meters. The site is very protected from currents, and the temperature ranges from 27 to 29 degrees Celsius.

On your first full day in Komodo, you can enjoy fantastic dives at Castle Rock, Crystal Rock, and Cauldron/Golden Passage. You can also take this time to do some land trekking at Gili Lawah Darat. We will then set sail to Siaba Besar where you can take an enchanting night dive. Visibility is 15 to 30 meters, currents can be strong for some of the dives, and the temperature ranges from 25 to 29 degrees Celsius.

Siaba and Central Komodo | Day 3

Day 3 in Komodo takes your to incredible dive sites like Siaba Kecil, Awan, and Pengah Kecil. Siaba Kecil is a wonderful drift dive running through impressive canyons, giving you ample opportunity to spot some of the most amazing undersea flora and fauna.

Legendary Dragons and Flying Foxes | Day 4

During this action-packed day, you will dive fantastic sites such as Batu Bolong, Makassar Manta Reef and Wainilu Muck Dive. In the afternoon, you will have a once-in-a-lifetime chance to meet the world’s largest lizards, the Komodo Dragon and marvel at a sunset with the Flying Foxes of Kalong (Fruit bats waking from their sleep in droves and flying to their evening hunt).

Farewells | Day 5

After a final breakfast onboard your phinisi schooner, we will arrive back to Labuan Bajo between 10am and 12pm.
