With your very own private chef and butler on board, service is of the best quality on Splendour. Three delicious meals are served each day, with menus covering Indonesian classics and Western favorites, too. The chef can cater for all dietary requirements, just let us know and we will create a bespoke menu just for you. Tropical fruits, locally sourced vegetables, fresh fish and seafood are the order of the day, with handmade snacks available throughout the day. Splendour’s cocktail menu and fully stocked bar are available on request.
