Welcome to Komodo on Celestia | Day 1
In the morning, crew members will meet you at your hotel or the airport and transfer you to the yacht. After an introduction and safety briefing, you will begin your journey on Celestia in Komodo. Heading west, the first stop is Sabolon. Jump into the water and discover the mesmerizing underwater world of Komodo for the first time. The yacht continues her way to Kalong Island. When the sun sets, watch thousands of Flying Foxes ascending for their nightly hunt.
In the morning, set out to the ranger station on Rinca Island. Accompanied by a professional guide, the different trekking routes bring you face-to face-with the legendary Dragons of Komodo. On top, you might encounter buffaloes and deer. Back aboard Celestia, you cruise to the heart of Central Komodo. Your destination is Siaba Besar, a serene bay that invites you to unwind and relax. In these turquoise waters, dozens of graceful turtles glide through the depths. Siaba Besar offers a stunning hard coral garden that promises an extraordinary experience for both divers and snorkelers.
Manta Point and Padar | Day 3
Traveling south, the next stop on your Komodo cruise on Celestia is Karang Makassar aka Manta Point. In this spectacular coral garden, you can snorkel or dive with manta rays, sharks, turtles and some other fascinating marine life. Afterward, recharge with a delicious meal and refreshing juice in the air-conditioned saloon or on the spacious sun deck. In the afternoon, you cruise towards Padar Island. Keen divers may go for another session around Padar or simply enjoy water sports and snorkeling before the sun sets over the hills of Padar.
Padar Island to Komodo Island | Day 4
Set out on an early morning hike to the Padar viewpoint, where you will be greeted by one of the most iconic views in the National Park. After returning to the yacht, your journey continues as you cruise towards Pink Beach. Its distinctive pink hue, derived from crushed red coral, lends the beach its name and makes it one of the world’s rarest sandy beaches. For hiking enthusiasts, the Komodo Island ranger station is within close reach, offering a second chance to encounter the giant lizards. As the day ends, you will find yourself in the heart of Komodo, ready to indulge in one of the chef’s creations and marvel at the starlit sky.
Gili Lawa Darat | Day 5
Day 5 is dedicated to the islands of Gili Lawa Darat and Gili Lawa Laut. After an early departure and nourishing breakfast, your cruising adventure leads you northward through the mesmerizing beauty of Komodo National Park. Along the way, make a stop in the central Komodo region, where you have the opportunity for a diving or snorkeling session at one of the famous dive sites in this area. As Celestia continues, you arrive at Gili Lawa Darat and Gili Lawa Laut. The viewpoint of Lawa Darart offers postcard-perfect views. Furthermore, the tranquil bay provides the perfect setting to work on your kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding skills. Overnight stay at Gili Lawa Darat.
Back to Labuan Bajo | Day 6
Wake up with the sun rising over Komodo National Park. Day 6 marks the last day of your journey on Celestia in Komodo National Park. After breakfast, the yacht cruises back to Labuan Bajo. Upon your arrival, the crew ensures a seamless transfer to your hotel or the airport.
